Distance Terms and Conditions Thank you for choosing to work with us in a zoom online setting. To maintain clarity, respect, and balance in our energetic exchange, please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully: Scheduling & Payment All appointments must be booked in advance, with payment required at the time of appointment setting to confirm your session. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. With proper notice (24+ hours), you are eligible for a full refund or may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, and rescheduling will require a new payment. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are also non-refundable. Arrival & Timing Please arrive a few minutes early to settle into the space and begin your session on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for others' time. These policies are designed to honor the time, preparation, and energy invested in each session. We deeply appreciate your understanding and commitment to this sacred process.
