Special Order Candles

All special order candles are made just for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

All Other Items

Refunds are available for all other eligible products. To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be returned in their original condition.

• A refund will be issued only after the returned items are received and inspected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order Processing

All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your selected delivery method.

Special Order Shipping

Some items are marked as Special Orders (such as made-to-order or customized products). These require additional handling time and will ship within 1–2 weeks of your order date.

If your order includes both standard and special order items, they may ship separately at no extra cost to you.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate.

Shipping Addresses

We ship to residential and business addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us so we can assist as needed.

Special orders must be in 5 days beflore the next Full Moon.
